Cosplay Rules and Guidelines
1. Any behavior that's offensive in public should be kept out of The Plastic City Comic Con.
2. Plastic City Comic Con staff and the Game On Fitchburg personnel have the right to ask you to leave and refuse re-entry if you are behaving in an inappropriate fashion.
3. Plastic City Comic Con is a family friendly event. Please wear appropriate clothing or costumes while attending the convention. If you wouldn't see it on the Disney Channel, please redesign your costume!
4. Cosplay is not consent. Do not touch or photograph a cosplayer without asking. Do not sneak photographs of cosplayers- almost everyone will happily pose if asked. No harassment of any kind will be tolerated. Anyone who is found to be verbally or physically harassing anyone on the premises will be ejected from the event.
5. Plastic City Comic Con wants everyone to be safe and have fun. ANY prop/costume accessory weapon must clearly be a prop. All prop weapons must be made of plastic, foam, resin, fiberglass, or wood, etc. Please, NO METAL PROPS. Additionally, non-functional real weapons (for example, a compound bow with no arrows) are STRICTLY forbidden! Prop guns that resemble real world guns are strongly discouraged. Any prop gun MUST be capped with a fluorescent plastic orange muzzle tip and be identifiable as a prop. Be respectful of local law enforcement officials.
6. Plastic City Comic Con and Game On Fitchburg is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property, or for injuries sustained during the course of The Plastic City Comic Con.
7. Please do not abuse the convention facilities or grounds. This includes not putting signs on walls, or trash anywhere other than a garbage can, smoking or vaping in non-designated smoking areas, etc.
8. By entering the Plastic City Comic Con attendees consent to being photographed or recorded (by audio, visual and/or other means) for exhibition or commercial purposes, by any means in all media now known or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity, including local, national and international press.
